For the wedding party, pastor and parents:
They might want to keep invitations for memory's sake. Ask them if they would like invitations, then act accordingly. Most people say no, since they are an important part of the wedding already, but it's nice to be offered.
For the DJ:
Definitely do not give him one, or even offer him one. He's not invited, he's hired and working for you!
Unless of course you know the DJ personally and he is a friend of yours or something. In that case it would be nice to offer him one.
Have a great wedding!

Yes. I know its expensive, but here's why. Wedding invitations act as more than a formal invite or something that provides the where and when. The DJ might not care, but the other people participating in your wedding would probably like to get an invitation to have as a keepsake. I keep all the wedding invitations I recieve from friends and family. Occasions like that mean so much to the people who love you.

The wedding party, parents, and pastor, YES. They are all your honored guests (you must also invite your pastor AND their partner, if any, to the reception, just like your other honored guests. Your officiant is not "paid help," they are a person of honor!
The DJ, Florist, caterer, and people like that-- NO, you do not send an invitation to them because they are "paid help." But you might photocopy it for them if you want, so they know the details.

To the wedding party & parents definately send them one. I sent one to the pastor, but my mom later said that I shouldn't have. The DJ, no, his booking is enough.

None of the above but I think it's nice to send to the parents so they have an invitation to keep of their own and to show your thoughtfulness.

I would send them... any etiquette website would say send regardless of who they are. It is a keepsake for people who care for you and the ones that don't want to keep it will throw it away and never say a word.
Congrats.

Ask them if they would like one as a keepsake. You do not have to send them. (Except the DJ. You definately don't give one to him. He is hired.)
