The fact is, if you want to add weight, eat what fat people eat. Here is the biggest key... start thinking ahead of time what you want to eat at your next meal. Not simply a "hamburger" but, "I want a hamburger with lettuce, maybe 3 pickles, mustard, a slice of tomatoes and maybe some cheese. Then I want some french-fries with a lot of ketchup.

Fat people are always thinking about food and most of all "what would be good next."
