Ever since i put ie 7.0 from 6.0 the mouse will not let me puy short cuts on or copy and paste.Can anyone give me hints as how to fix this...............thank you

Do you mean your mouse is having a problem or you just can't view the main toolbar anymore?
Turn the toolbar on by pressing Atl V and selecting the standard toolbar.

IE7 is bad, very bad, but that sounds like an even worse problem than that. It sounds like you have been hacked so bad that someone else actually has remote access or even remote control over your computer. They make your computer a Zombie, where they restrict what you can do, and they, instead, use your computer for illegal/immoral activity. This often happens with Windows. You probably need to shut your computer off and unplug it until you get a chance to reload the operating system. this time with a secure open source operating system like Kubuntu at www.kubuntu.org instead of that Virus Magnet Windows you have now.

Switch back to IE6 or use Firefox instead.
It sounds like your mouse drivers may have been trashed. Get new drivers from the mouse manufacturer's website.
