That's a pretty broad question. A lot of guys DO accept love, and love back. Just depends on the girl.

a lot of men do accept love, other are either jerks or emotionally unavailable. It doesnt depend on the girl because the sexiest, smartest girl could be with them but if they are not used to being loved they will never accept it

i dont really understand this question but if your asking why someone couldnt understand that they are loved is simple, they probably had a very hard childhood where they were let down constantly and werent loved. Thats something that will be engrained in his head forever
