i need to drastically and i race motorcross so i have to lose it in under a month i'm looking to lose 25-30 lbs.

WOO you're not going to loose that much weight. Hey but it is so cool you're doing motor cross! By the way MC is a great way to loose weight. When my brothers did it back in the day they would often loose 10 lbs in one meet!
Eating right and lots of exercise, both cardio and weights together, will help you loose weight. That is the only way. You are too young to try ANY diet pills so don't, they are extremly bad for you. They don't work in the long run anyway. Choose good food to eat and exercise (exhausting, sweaty wear your self out exercise) at least 3 to 5 times a week. Some one told me once if everyday you run for 30 top 45 minutes you will never have to worry about what you eat. Don't drink your calories!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Exercise and eat well. Though it's doubtful you'll be able to drop that much, however if you exercise doing 1/2 hour cardio and then weights you should be able to trim down a fair bit. With weights especially you can lose that much fat weight, but your weight won't go down drastically because you'll gain some muscle and it weighs more than fat. So you'll be lean.

Its still baby fat. I know you want to lose the weight now, but it will drop off in a few years.

run run run run run run run. seriously cardio will make you lose the weight. just dont put too much pressure on yourself. also eat right.
