Cream, quite clearly. Blind Faith and Derek were too short-lived for a real assessment to be made. And Bluesbreakers was still a kind of unhoned Clapton. (Yardbirds too, I think.) The only complicating factor is that the one Dominoes album that does exist - "Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs" is (some would argue) the single best recording of Clapton's career. But I would still balance that against the longer track record of Cream and the unique sound they forged together (the other two members were equally responsible for that, of course).
