Everytime I ask her to come out she would say she's busy so we end up meeting once a month...what does this mean?

She's either busy or your calling her too much. Wait for her to call you. If she doesen't then move on.

She doesnt want to meet you. cause every time she is saying im busy and if she is not calling u or making sexul with u it means she doesnt want you try visiting her house while she doesnt know surprize her. Try to kiss her.touch her boops.sleep together. Get naked. Try those stuff they really work and try to ask her why is she always busy. Try to get together. Call her everyday hang out kiss kiss kiss that the main part lol.

it means she might not what anything serious to happen betwee you to maybe she only wants to be friends for now but maybe things will spice up later on just ask her if she really is busy or she just dont wanna talk or go out and do stuff with you

Could be both :D I would say she just wants company. So if you're looking for a stable relationship, she doesn't seem like the type to be with. Just saying... it's up to you if u still wanna keep on that way.

even though i'm tired and all ****** up with work, i still find time to be with the one i like/love. E for EFFORT! if that girl has that *thing* on you, she wouldn't pretend being busy over something. she'll play it cool and pretend that everything's aryt even if she's all crammed up.
