it makes you lose more water weight because of the increas in sweat. It isnt really healthy for your body, and many colegiate wrestlers do it to try and cut wieght before a match. Some have died from the act. my brother had to drop 7 ounds in 4 hours before weighing in for a wrestling match...he jogged in a garbage bag with sweat over it. He lost the weight, but was pale and felt sick when he came home. It will work for weight loss, but it is only temporary because it is water weight.

Honey, if it really "helped" you'd see everyone running around with garbage bags tied to their waist. No...it makes you sweat. That's it. Godloveya.

Yes it will help you die. Don't dare do that. You risk the chances of raising the internal organs temperature and death or permanent damage could occur. All you will do is lose water and as soon as you drink anything you will gain the weight right back.
Your skin breaths and cools your body so don't screw up mother nature or she might bite you.

No. It will only make you sweat a little more, but as soon as you take a drink, you will replenish any water you lost.
