I have been on weight watchers for about a year. I paid for about 6 weeks of visits. I made my goal weight within that time frame. Now I go for free. I didn't find it difficult to follow, nor did I find it expensive. There's no special pill to take. Their foods aren't bad. But overall what they teach is appropriate portion sizes. If you choose the points system (flex plan) then you know how much you get to eat in a day. It really isn't that difficult. Give it a shot, what do you have to lose except pounds!! Also, some health insurances cover this!!! Look into it.

at the same time as I agree that the belief-approximately Weight Watchers is a strong concept i think of the quantity it expenditures on a weekly / month-to-month foundation is a rip off. I somewhat have lost 6 stones in 10 months by making use of ingesting healthily and workout, no Weight Watchers or Slimming international in sight. there's no speedy fix to dropping weight and it must be carried out for you and to no longer please others. the nice and comfortable button is that's all all the way down to determination. Weight Watchers can in straight forward terms artwork out the factors interior the foodstuff you consume, that's as much as you to no longer over indulge.

In 2006 I lost 116 pounds (took me a total of 3 years) I thought I could do it on my own but couldn't. I have now put it all back on and then some. UGH sure wish my insurance paid for it. I would go back but the cost is too high for me as I am now retired.

My sister tried it for almost a year. Final results:

1. Her bank account got lighter.
2. She stayed the same weight.
3. Weightwatchers got richer.

Good luck.

Ummm - eat less, exercise more - that's the skeezix diet.
