ok i am trying to loose weight i want to loose about a stone in 2 1/2 weeks but i find exercise sooooooooo boring i have a lateral steppy thing that i use but i need ways of exercising without machines that is fun coz i find i SO boring just exercising plz help with any loose weight fash exercise fn tips or tips that will help me loose weight in my time

Use your machine while watching your favorite T.V. shows. That way you don't even realize you are loosing those calories. Also going for a walk is fun. You can do 2 miles in about a hour, or even half an hour if you walk faster. Walk with someone so you will be so busy talking you don't even think about trying to exercise.
What is a stone by the way??? I use pounds and ounces!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
