Make one - shouldn't be too hard. Get a stencil or make one from your favorite pirate image on the web, cut it out with an artist knife, and tape it to the inside of a standard light-shade.

Ahoy there you could try next, eBay or even the cebeebies/milkshake website I'm sure if these don't do stuff like that in there making section they'll have a good link to other web pages that do children's bedrooms. otherwise i would suggest DIY or buying a normal one and sticking pirate emblems IE badges skull & cross bones on and those iron on things from sewing shops. good luck.

another idea in making one -
tie a bandanna onto the top of the shade - glue in place and cut out the top. can get an eye patch and wrap around below and paint a cute face onto shade. Maybe even take an old gold hoop earring and put in place as earring.

try the Great Little Trading Company ( they have a website ) they have a blue pendant shade with a pirate flag on it .I think they also have matching bedding.
