Four Seanson 100 USD ????
I have A Class corporate rate there and it is 180 USD room only.
I would recommend you to stay in Sultanahmet boutiq hotels or Taksim 4 star hotels where you can get 50-100 USD per night.

i strongly recommend you to stay in "Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet" the prices are around 100$ but it worths believe me it is in the hearth of the unique ottoman culture.

I recomended Sultanahmet Hotels. Not so much crowded and it is also very close the history. You can watch the Marmara Sea.
