okay so i been dating this guy for a long time well for 8 months but he dosnt live here he is 4 states away. He can be really mean sometime just cause he gets mad at me cause i didnt do something right, so i decided i wanted to see other people for a while and have som time for myself. so he agreed and he see other people or i do but he wont go out with any other girl but i have, I accually went out on a date saturday night and i had a great time and he was so nice. and he likes me and wants to go out someother time. he asked if i would ever consider having a relationship with him and i said i could see that happening someday. so i dont know wether i should go out again or if i should just go back to the guy i was with have him for ever cause thats what he wants but i had such a good time with this new guy, what should i do?

It won't take long to make your mind up if you keep seeing this new guy. Your old guy sounds like a jerk anyway and I doubt that he is telling you the truth.
My ex did things like that to make me feel bad about myself. Controlling men do this to make us feel like we owe them something and that we are not worth anything. After I came to my senses and left. I discovered the kind of man I truly wanted.
