ORGANIC is a term heath food stores use to make you feel you need to pay more. ALL honey is organic by its very nature. There is no way an apiarist (beekeeper) can control where their bees gather honey, other than keeping the hives near an orchard... then hoping the bees will stay there. It is done, and the result is only different flavors of honey... like clove, or apple. Even if the majority of a hive gathers from an orchard, some will still gather from neighboring plants.

Honey, even the cheapest store brand, is pure. It needs no preservatives. Honey that's been found in the tombs of pharaohs can still be eaten today. Preservatives cost money. No one's going to spend money to add something that certainly isn't needed. They aren't going to put any fructose in it either. It IS pure sweetener.

I don't think there is such thing unless the bees are farm raised and the plants they get the polen from are also farm raised. If they are free range bees there is no way someone can control the outcome and label it as organic
