There is no such thing as Satan, so you're safe. And don't scare your children with the Satan concept... just teach them the right things to do in life and there is no need for Satan.

Satan is incapable of love. He hates all mankind because we have an opportunity that he forfeited before we were created. We have the opportunity to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord thereby holding God as the most high in our hearts and we have the ability to praise God. All Satan wants to do is steal all of that away from mankind and he will kill and destroy a person just to have it done.

Why not just ask Satan yourself? You'll get to hear straight from him. You might have to yell really loud though.

Personally?...He don't care one way or another. He wants your love but I just don't really see him as being able to love himself or anyone else.

He hates you either way. He uses you if you hate god, but he has no love for anyone.

If you are sinning, he loves you.
If you are washed and clean and believe in Jesus Christ...he hates you.
