What are some items that I could use that are free/around the house to blow bubbles? I have a cup that you cut the bottom out of, and a hanger. What else?

you could also use twist ties and pipe cleaners. If you bubbles are too runny try adding glycerin

~ Metal egg holders from Easter egg decorating kits!

~ A wire coat hanger, cut and/or shaped into a circle - or any other shape!

~ Pipe cleaners shaped into circle or other shapes!

~ Flyswatters--clean ones please!

~ The plastic rings from a six-pack of soda!

~ Plastic or wooden hoops used for cross-stitch, quilting or embroidery!

~ Cookie cutters, egg rings and pancake rings!

~ Summer berry baskets!

~ Blowers cut from the lides of plastic containers

~ Dip plastic straws into the bubble solution and gently blow to make tiny bubbles.
You can also tape three to five straws in a circle for a big bubble made up of little connected
bubbles.

~ Here is a fun activity with bubbles, put a small amount of bubble solution into a bowl or pie tin, add a bit of food coloring or tempera paint, any color, put a straw in and blow until you get tons of bubbles, then take a plain white sheet of paper and press it lightly on top of the bubbles, careful not to knock over the bowl or tin. Take it off and you have a neat bubble print.

When we were kids we'd take a big bowl and fill it with water and tons of dishwashing soap. then take a straw and start blowing in the bowl. You need to do that outside though because the bubbles in the bowl overflow and make a mess.
