Actually, it hasn't happened in a while, but usually on the first start of the day, or even if its at night and I haven't driven it all day, when i start it up, there a pretty loud squeak. After that, theres no problem. It runs perfectly and everything. The squeak only lasts for as long as the engine takes to turn over. Any ideas?

I agree with what was posted, the belt is slipping. There are two possible causes:
1) Loose belt
2) Worn belt
Or a combination of the two. You can buy a Krikit tool at NAPA that checks the belt tension. It is very easy to use and costs around 12 bucks. You can check the Hanes (or similar) book to see what the tension should be at. The belt stretches a little so make sure you follow either the "new" belt tension or the "broken in" belt tension. I don't know what year your car is but if your belt tension is not correct then you may need a new tensioner or you may just need to adjust the tension. Most likely if you put a new belt on and adjust it properly, your problem will go away

Good luck

i would say that is the belts are starting to wear so on the start up they take a second to catch up with the pulleys
