Have you actually got any bigger or are you still the same size? If you are the same size it's because you are losing fat but gaining muscle tissue. 1lb of fat takes up more space than 1lb of muscle but uses less calories.

My tip, ignore the scales, use the mirror and your clothes as a measure. If you are the right size and can fit into the clothes you want to wear, who cares what the scales say!

Exercising 2 days a week isn't enough to cause weight loss. You're only talking 16 workouts in the last 2 months. Of course, you shouldn't be gaining a lot of weight either. Muscle does weigh more than fat, but you haven't worked out enough to really build any muscle either. Sports like soccer and tennis are great, if they're done all the time, but there's too much stop and go involved for them to be effective part time weight loss exercises.

You've also got to resist the urge to believe that working out, a couple times a week, is enough to warrant eating more. I know a lot of people leave sports practice and head straight to McDonald's.

Practice more, and eat less. Stick to a diet that contains all the foods in the pyramid, and in the proper portions. You probably wouldn't have to do more than that to see a difference in your weight.

~~~~~~~ If ur eating CARBS thats good, BUT if your eating "Bagels (usually 40 carbs per bagel), MC Donalds, fast food, white bread, Sugar (Gets converted to fat right away) or any other unhealthy foods then all the exercise in the world wont help"
1) Change ur Diet (eat healthier)
2) Drink lotsa water 8-11 glasses a day (body is about 65% water so hydrate)
3) take multivitamins to helps ur body grow
4) Exercise moderately on some days and harder on others to promote weightloss.
5) If you are going to take fat burners stay away from ones that contain caffeine (they REALLY overload these stuff with it) and other not so helpful stubstances. But if you must then get the ones from "GenuineHealth" They actually use healthy natural products with healthy dosages thtat promote weight loss. Oh, and by the way they're the only ones that wont increase heart rate/blood pressure and lead to some health risks down the road.
They're not as widely as advertised as "Hydroxycut" but FORTINOS & GNC should carry them, but do your own research to find out "WHAT" you're taking and what it does.
*****PLEASE NOTE- DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS DO NOT IN ANY WAY REPLACE A HEALTHY DIET/ MODERATE ACTIVITY OF EXERCISE TO PROMOTE HEALTHY BENEFITS OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM AND A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE*****
You are not going to see a weight reduction until you significantly cut calories. You may even be eating more now that you are hungry from soccer training.
Start keeping a food journal and record everything you eat. You don't have to count calories, but make healthy food choices and keep your portions fist-sized. Eat only 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day.
You have been toning and gaining muscle, muscle weighs more than fat so even though you're weights gone up you probably look skinnier it's just that muscle weighs more
could be your food intake. If you're taking in lots of sugars, not enough water, fruits, gveggies, then this could be an issue.
