People on the freeway who go all the way to the front of the line in traffic and try to squeeze their way in.
People who exit a crowded freeway and enter again at the exit ramp to get ahead of everyone else.
Any Mercedes or BMW owner. They think they own the road and will cut you off and are usually the ones who commit the above.

Oh you want to come to Spain honey, the spanish have a very interesting technique of getting round a roundabout. They've only had them here for about 15 years and they don't really understand them. So the lane in the centre of the roundabout is for overtaking, the lane nearest the outside is for driving around regardless of which exit you plan to take. So there you are planning on going straight on somebody is in the right hand land and you assume they are turning right or going straight on as well. So you pull up on the left hand lane, (of course they don't indicate, car manufacturers could save themselves a fortune just by leaving the indicators off cars produced for the Spanish market) You both pull on to the roundabout. Past the first exit, clearly your companion isn't taking it so you assume he's going straight on............but no, he's turning left so he cuts right across in front of you, causing you to brake suddenly to avoid him, and shakes his fist because you were nearly in his way.
It is the way they are taught to do it, they think it's correct, even the guardia civil do it that way. It's OK once you know but it's a bit alarming the first few times it happens.

People that don't use turn signals are definitely the ones that annoy me the most. It also kind of bugs me when drivers don't allow space in traffic for others to get switch lanes if they need to, it's just courtesy. Also, those that honk the horn to get the attention of their friends as opposed to getting the attention of dangerous drivers.
But it never really bothered me much if people drive under the speed limit. I'd like them to drive a bit faster, but I have no quarrel with drivers that obey the letter of the law in this case if not its intent.
The way I deal with tailgaters is to slow down to just under the speed limit. It's rather amusing to watch them fume in the rear-view mirror, especially effective if I'm on a one-lane road with no-passing markings. I've also been known to match the speed of a semi on a two-lane highway for 20 miles in front of a reckless driver; the trucker laughed, I laughed, my friend laughed, and the driver died a little inside.

When people pass you on the left WHEN YOU ARE TURNING LEFT!!!! This happened to me right after I got my license at 16. I was in a friend's truck, and I was turning onto Matanzas from A1A (in St. Augustine) heading South. I turn my blinker on, slow down, begin to merge into the turn lane, when all of a sudden this HUGE SUV appears right next to me (on the driver's side) WHILE I AM STILL MERGING LEFT!!!!! My God...I was terrified! He came so close to tearing off the side mirror and scraping up the driver's side, not to mention cause an accident!
Also, drivers who leave their blinkers on while traveling like, 30 mph for about 10 minutes before realizing that their blinker is on. Argh!!!! I want to kill them!
Also, I have a general antipathy for ANYONE who goes the speed limit. You just don't do that. 5-10 mph OVER the speed limit is acceptable. 15-20 is just plain scary (unless no one's around and it's like, 4 am).
People who brake too much also irritate me. Like, every 2 seconds their brake lights come on. That's just NOT right.

how about when people don't use the TURNING LANE. It's not there to look pretty. or when people STOP on a highway and then creep around the corner. or when you are following someone slow so you put on your turn signal to switch lanes and the person behind you moves over and slows down so you can't pass, then everyone else does the same.

People who come to a dead stop on a main road before making a right turn.
People who pull out in front of you to go slow when no one is behind you.
People who flash their lights at you because they want you to get over -- especially when there's no reason they can't go around you.
People who won't let you merge onto the interstate -- you know the ones who refuse to switch lanes and seem to try to match your speed.
Turn signals need to be mentioned again . . .

Talking on cell phones (even hands-free ones) or other unintelligent acts of "driving distracted" which makes them just as dangerous as driving drunk! When driving, that is the JOB AT HAND... nothing else. Pay attention and operate the vehicle in a professional manner.

Driving in the left lane with a parade of cars behind you and the driver doesn't let them pass. That drives me crazy. People need to recognize.

Tailgaters have to be the worst. I wish I could afford a new car. Then I could just slam on my brakes and cure them.
