i have had a weight problem all my life and i was so depressed!!! it was absolutely ruining my life. i was a size 18 and now a 5, using a weight loss program by micheal somebody on t.v. i cant remember his name at the moment but look on t.v. it is worth it!!! and you can eat alot of stuff!! i think its micheal thurman but im not sure. he gives you a blueprint of your body so you can have an individual weight loss program for your body type. you wont regret it!! it really works. good luck & remember never to starve yourself cause you will not lose in a healthy way. keep god first in your life & you wont fail!! i believe in you even though i dont know you. god bless.

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
