I have several drawings in .pdf and need to make additional notes on them. I saw that someone answered the same question several months ago but omitted to say exactly how it can be done using Adobe Acrobat......

Click Tools>>Commenting>>Note Tool from the Adobe menu. Once you have note tool selected you click on the document where you want the note and a box pops up for you to type the notes in.

YOu can use alternatively office 2007 which allow you to create .pdf file in word. you can make ur notes on office 2K7 and then save them as a .pdf format in file menu option.

OR
You can use Foxit which is pdf creation tool.
