a sultana is a type of grape, and the dried fruit of that name is made from it... Sultanas are usually golden in colour (as they are made from a white grape variety)
A raisin is a dried grape and is usually dark brown in colour

I had to look up sultana because I had never heard of it. Apparently, it is a type of white, seedless grape of Turkish or Persian origin.

If you don`t know, prunes go in scones and sultanas are dead flies, raisins are rabbit droppings.
