We actually chose the date because we met on July 7th, 2005 and we knew we wanted to get married in the summer because he's an accountant and SUPER busy December-April. We didn't even realize that it would be 07/07/07 until we looked at the calendar and started thinking about it. Worked out nice! We aren't really all that superstitious, but it can't hurt to have a little extra luck on your wedding day, right? :)

Consider a "7" theme - carry 7 flowers in your bridal bouquet, have 7 attendants, if you do those white almonds - have 7 of them in each bag.

First of all, Congrats. It is ALWAYS nice to hear about two people that love each other getting married. I got married in summer, it was nice. As long as heat isn´t such a problem for the party afterwards, seeing that tuxes are involved, it sounds GREAT to me and I wish you both good luck. Once again, congrats. I would just say basically have a huge dinner party with open bar for everybody, throw a few themes together (for the party, besides the marriage) and have a GREEEEEEEEEAT time. Love and Respect.

An outdoors July wedding in Tennessee? Make sure you have LOTS of shade trees!! Haha! Congrats. I'm from SC, so I know what the weather's like during that time of the year. Make sure there are tents set up because of the potential afternoon thunderstorm that pops up without warning. And have lots of colorful flowers!! Good luck!

I think that gambling theme is the big one with 07/07/07. But it you don't want that then just do flowers or dragon flies or something that you like.

you should have a sevens theme.... Like getting married at 5:07 and reception at 7:07. Have 7 flowers in the boquets, 7 attendants, if you have favors like candy in a box... 7 pcs and on the box 07/07/07 and your names. Run with it! Congratulations.

That is when my wedding will be! We choose to have a beautiful ceremony outside in the mountains. I say once you find your theme match the colors of your wedding to your decorations. Make sure you have an arch to stand under and you can decorate it with beautiful flowers. Have lots of colorful flowers to make a pretty scene for flowers. I have been looking at books for ideas to keep the cost low. Have a great wedding and I hope it is beautiful!!
