she has either scrambled eggs, toast and juice/milk for breakfast or cereal: cheerios, fruit loops, rice crispies.
or a muffin, or french toast/pancakes.

Lunch she will have whatever I am having things like a: grill cheese sandwich, or soup, or ham sandwich, crackers and cheese, chicken nuggets, pasta, etc.....

Dinner she will have whatever we are eating but cut up in smaller pieces.

Snacks will include one of the following: Apples, Banana's, blueberries, crackers, cheerios, fruit cup, yoguart, strawberries, cut up grapes, just basically any type of finger food.

She still has milk before bed 2% milk. I'm now trying to cut her off the bottle and putting water in her bottle at night she doesn't like it and throws a fuss but I've been through this before and know it's going to take alot of patience to just let her cry it out, I started putting a little bit of milk in a sippy cup and putting her to bed with that, i'm trying to get her to go to sleep on her own instead of relying on a bottle or cup to put her to sleep. As long as I know she is safe, dry and nothing is wrong I usually just let her cry it out for awhile then she calms herself down and goes to sleep, it's going to be a week or so with sleepless nights for me but in the end it's worth it.

Whole milk is supposed to be given until age two. I don't know where the first person got that. Ask your doctor. As far as what to eat. At lunch I give the kids a cheese sandwich or peanut butter sandwich or some chicken nugget or mac and cheese. As far as at dinner they can eat most things you eat as long as the child is agreeable. For example if you are have spaghetti, give the child some pasta and grated cheese. If you are having chicken, just cut it up small, they can eat mashed potatoes. The only danger in feeding table food that they are not ready for is 1. It is a chocking hazard, so stay with child. 2. They may not completely digest. If you find food in the diaper (partially digested) stop feeding that particualar food. Good luck.

At one year, I was giving breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have started on cow's milk, I gave it for lunch and dinner. You can give juice for breakfast. In between meals, I gave water or a little more juice. It is still important to give either breastmilk or whole cow's milk. Between 1 and 2 years whole milk, after 2 years your doctor will probably recommend 2% milk.

They need to be on more solids then milk. So 3 meals. They dont have to be cooked s to speak. Pasta pick ups and fruit, and other easy to eat foods.

I Personally would not stop giving whole milk until 2-3 if your chose too

My daughter is 6 and wont drink 2 %. She drinks whole. But she only drinks 8 oz a day and is very active so its not going to hurt her.

Give your child breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And maybe a snack. Just feed your child healthy foods. You can give your child milk for all meals. They will tell you if they are hungry or not.

For breakfast - fruit/grain/vegetable/milk or juice in a cup depending on what you serve.
Snacks - crackers, cheese, etc.
Lunch - same as breakfast
Dinner - same as above but only milk

Children need each food group at each meal time, if something is missed at a mealtime give it at snack time.

A one year old should be on whole milk until they reach 2.

My son is almost three, and I feed him much of the same food I did when he was one.

I've found that he is much more happy when he snacks throughout the day.

For instance, he'll have an egg for breakfast, fruits and raw nuts for snack, half a sandwich for lunch, yogurt and granola in the afternoon. And for dinner he eats whatever I cook for the family.

Allowing your child to snack on healthy food periodically makes them more even tempered, in my experience. It also keeps them from getting hungry and allows them to play harder and longer(giving you an easy, early bedtime).

frosted cheerios are great for breakfast with a banana or an egg with toast. A half sandwich in the afternoon with soup, and a meat and veggie for dinner. always give milk in the a.m and for dinner, juice is great for lunch time and with snacks.

(she loves to eat only when we both are takingour lunch and dinner)In eve. i give her some sandwitch,be it wit butter, cheese, cream or stuffed. At night i preaper some rice for her and just for her(rice with some daal ,ghee, and tomato). And ofcource water and my own milk in ragular interwell so that she may not suffer any constipation,. It took me atleast 3weeks to understand that i have to cook just for her coz she is small and can't ask for food. All the best and try to make timetable its not ness. that you fead her all three meals but try to give at least 2 and keep changing it after 1 week
