First you pray about it. And listen to the Lord's direction.
He will provide what is needed when it is needed.
I'm learning about evangelism right now...most (but not all) Christians don't know how to share their faith. Some are content to just live their faith. I don't know how many know because of me because I don't keep track of I've planted a seed here and here and here....I've just spread the seeds where I can and watered those seeds when I can and sometimes watered the seeds of others.
Sometimes its about planting the seed, sometimes it's watering, and sometimes the harvest. God gives the increace.

Great vision and goal....
i suggest fasting and prayer.....God has all the resources you need...start using what you have and ask him daily for more...
remember to sow into others' s ministries...you will reap back according to how you make it happen for others.
Also don't forget:
"This book of the law shall not depart from thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous and then thou shalt have good success". ( Joshua 1:8)
"God is able to make all grace ABOUND toward you that you, having ALL sufficiency IN ALL THINGS, may have a abundance for EVERY good work."
