wELL, Im a guy. i Dont think you need to lose weight. Im 14 too so anyways what the heck.

If you wanna lose weight, go play soccer or futsal(indoor soccer). Running around the pitch for like 1km
{me 9 kms :( }, will give you a more toned body plus a nice tan. Not only that, but it will demand a lot of endurance and fitness from you so you will lose weight pretty FAST. It will give you better hamstrings and such. =D

well it did work for me... If you hate exercise, Im sorry but you did say fast. lol,. If you don't like muscles, dont worry. They will only develop if you are EXTREMELY dedicated.

And, if you hate soccer, jogging is also a good option. No need to kill yourself. Just jog around or back and forth in your house or room. Pylometrics & ab exercises as well will also get you into shape because you workout the flab zones.

Push ups are also good for the abdomen.

You could also diet & eat vegetables if you hate exercise.
Don't eat late at night or else you will not be able to burn calories you gained from food. Eat more protein and less carbs.

Like many people here though, I must warn you that fat is lost quicker via exercise cos u drain the calories and fat.

God Bless,

and support Manchester United FC....

You really don't need to lose that much weight you already sound very pretty. But OK. What you should do is sorry but you have to do cardio. It doesn't have to be going to the gym. You can walk at a pace where it is difficult to hold a conversation. (maybe walk your dog!) You should ask your local gym for some cardio activities or even Yahoo Answers!! Also, you should do sit ups every night. It's very good for your stomach muscles. You should also eat very healthily. Instead of eating a lollipop have a carrot and things like that. Ask your parents to buy healthy things and only eat sweets in moderation. I'm not telling you that you should give up sweets all together because it's not all that bad to eat sweets in moderation. Also, you should take up a sport. You will get exercise from that and also have a lot of fun!!! I hope I helped! Good luck!

Oops! I forgot something!! If you drink water then that will wash all the fatty acids out of your body. Well, if you want any more advice on this go to GirlsLife Magazine. (the one with Carrie Underwood on the front!)

Well, good luck!

well, ur only 14 so u have time that your body is changing. Best advice I can think of, is to watch what u eat, not as in portions necessarily but also foods. Avoid white bread and go for the whole grain, munch carrot sticks instead of chips. Making switches like this will make your body work harder to burn the foods u eat and increase your metabolism.

Second, walk as much as possible, your too young to be stressing over the gym. Join a school team, walk home from school, walk to the mall w/ ur girlfriends or just meet up at a strip mall and walk the stores. Window shopping is a girls best work out, take the stairs instead of the elevator and burn more calories without really feeling like your under some stitch diet or exercise program.

It doesn't sound as if you need to loose any weight. BUT what you can do is eat four to five small meals a day. A small breakfast, a small snack before lunch, a decent sized lunch a small snack before diner and a decent size dinner. Start eatting the reccomended serving size and start cutting back on sugar and salty foods such as pop and fruit juice mixes. Many are full of sugars. Stop eatting when you are NOT hungry instead of when your plate is empty and take in more veggies and fruits over chips and candies. Don't eat five hours before you go to bed. Then stay active with your normal activities. This method will help you loose weight AND keep you healthy at the same time. At your age you should not be worring about your weight but what ever kind of weight loss treatment you use don't starve yourself or eat only once a day. Shure you will loose weight but you can also cause damage to your internal organs which can lead to further health problems as you get older.

A) You don't need to lose any weight, if you lose much more it might become unhealthy.

B) There are no safe methods that will make you magically lose weight, it takes time and commitment. You're going to have to watch what you eat and make time for exercises. You may not want to go to the gym but there are many exercise routines that can be done from the comfort of your home and are enjoyable. Try searching health websites for easy exercises and think about investing in some low maintenance (and cost) equipment such as free weights, a medicine ball, or tension cords. If you want to go for a more fun route, you might want to buy a pilates or yoga DVD.

Holy ****, you're skinny if you're 5'3" and 100 pounds.
At that height, I'd say you should be at least 110.
But, if you really want to lose it, and specifically the stomach, do sit ups or crunches as much as possible. Whenever you remember and have the time to do it, do 20 situps or 50 crunches. If you don't know what crunches are, just lie down on the floor with your feet on the floor near your butt, but not too near. Then put your arms across your chest and move your chest up and down halfway to your knees. I used to do tae kwon do and I would say this helped me a lot. =)

sorry.. the only way beside surgery is exercise. You don't need to go to the gym. Just take a walk/run around your neighborhood for about 30-40 min. then do crunches three of 20-25 reps after. if you do this everyday, it will increase your energy and you'll lose your tummy in time. Also eat healthy and drink plenty of water. Good Luck.

you don't need to lose any weight. you are 14 and weigh only 100 pounds that's too bad i think u should concentrate on gaining weight than loosing.Like this you'll get weak.As your height increases your intake should also increase. You just have to eat the right amount and exercise medium.remember to add the push-ups in your exercise routine and calcium your food. that'll really work!!!

hey its a long process! i too have also started to try to lose my stomach and i have to say its not easy! i do 30 min on an eliptical followed by 50 or so crunches and about 100 jumping jacks. but my secret is everything in moderation and lots and lots of water! and no salty foods cause they make you body hold water wich makes you look fatter than you really are!

u dont need to lose weight, you are actually probably under weight or close to it. What you want to do though, is to gain muscle. you may gain weight from this, but that is not a bad thing b/c its not fat and it looks great.
I suggest getting a 3lb-5lb dumb bell and finding some short easy excersices online... and no they are not just for your arms, there are excersises that can help your stomach too.
