Sort of.... I have this little meal replacement/energy drink that I have in the morning. It's a ritual and it gets me trough until lunch, when I have another one. Then I eat a normal dinner.. no overeating, etc.
I agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I thank you for your concern. :-)

Well, no I didnt. I slept in till 9.30...because my lovely older teenage daughter sent me back to bed, when I got up earlier. Got a coffee and played with my toddler for a while, then we went shopping. I had a chicken satay and Springroll for lunch..she had a lovely bowl of hokkein noodles and I popped her in to childcare for a few hours.
Late lunch, I made, was a baguette with cream cheese, salmon, onion, capers and lettuce, dinner was baked beans in ham sauce on toast for me.....ravioli bolognaise and a dessert of watermelon, grapes and banana for toddler.
Breakfast isnt the most important....its the one that is most nutricious and leaves you feeling healthy happy and content so that you can sleep well at night.

I know, I always eat a good breakfast! It's my favourite meal!
Today it was orange juice, vanilla low-fat yogurt, peaches, and a home-made raisin bran muffin, then I had a nice cup of (decaf) coffee.

Yes, I did. I had a bowl of homemade pickles and raw radishes-at 6:15 am! Strange, I know, but that is my usual breakfast
