I concur with that statement, yes. That's the wonderfully convenient thing about religion. You can do what you want and then just ask to be forgiven by god and then get on with your life, free to do it again.

Without god, you are responsible for your own decisions and must apologize to people, not some unseen being. You must be a better, more moral person because there is no automatic forgiveness available.

I think that someone who does what they believe in is rare nowadays. Yea, it's convenient to sin and repent, but it won't be all that "convenient" on Judgement day. It may not be "convenient" for God to have them as part of His heavenly kingdom.

Yes. Most of the teens in my school claimed to be deeply religous but really they were mostly just your typical selfish teenagers. Meaning if u claimed to be a athiest around them they would pounce on u for it even though they themselves were mostly athiests.
If they did truly practice there religion there would have been no so called popular groups or non popular groups. Everyone would have been treated equraly with respect.

No, they actually do as they believe-they just lie about what they believe.
This is why the body of Christ (so-called) has no power to change this world. Its full of those who say one thing, yet do another.

I think there are many people who do that but not everyone. many are on a road of self improvement. That doesn't mean that they don't make mistakes and occasional indulgences.

to stand up for wat u beleive in is a mattr of courage.
u mite have to sacrifice the luxury of being a part of the crowd if u wish to stand up for ur beleif.
but even though its rare, there r still many who wudnt sacrifice their values nd beleifs for convenience.
i salute them all.
