You might dream more if the wine disrupts your sleep cycle. Generally all people dream, but they only remember their dreams if they wake or partially waken during the active dream cycle. The effect of the wine might be disrupting your cycle just enough for you to remember more of your dreams.

wouldnt of thought you dream more as you have loads of dreams each night but dont remember them all the time.
Maybe the way you are sleepin is different. I know if Iv had a good drink I wake up more through the night and remember more of my dreams?

red wine is a lot heavier so therefore it'll make you dream stronger... you probably always dream but just don't remember them
