we hung out and kissed and on my way home he called ans said he missed me and just wanted to talk to me and thanked me for the kisses..what exaclty does he want a relationship or does he just want to hook up..?

... Really youngin? Ok, ok I'll take it serious... Yes he is looking to "hook up" as far as a relationship goes doesn't seem like ether one of you are on the level to communicate with each other enough to form a deep, lasting, relationship. Atleast not yet. But yea he is diggin you. What scares me is your lack of ethusamisim ether way. What is it that you want form him? And besides kissing and hangin out you guys might want to talk a little bit more about what it is you want from life, the world, and each other. Time to start building a relationship or just have fun with the guy. From what you gave me here thats all he is after, hopfully your after the same.
