no you shouldn't! she's interested in dating around, when you see her dating it will only hurt you more, because you know the things she tells you online she is telling to others as well.
A clean break is best for you. She only said to be friends so she feels better about breaking up w/ you. Do yourself a favor and move on, use another online site if you must.
I know the temptation is great but it doesn't help you move on to open yourself up to someone new. Worry about yourself and your own future, not this confused and ungrateful woman!

Sounds like movie material. Write a screen-play and try to make money off of your life situation.
Go ahead and play off the personals ad. After all, she was looking too. Meet up and see what she wants first. You shouldn't have a key to her place anyway though.

a clever way to find out the truth
sounds like maybe you were there to find somebody too
people who are always playing the field like that are hard to have serious lasting relationships with
also, it sounds like she is going to need TONS of kind loving attention without being able to give much back
make sure you are up for that if you attempt it
if she is insisting on looking and telling you that you are the one and only then forget it and get away while you can, for your own sanity if for no ther reason

i know you want to talk to her on yahoo but you cant. shes asked for a break and talking to her as someone Else is not a break. if she found out it might freak her out. she asked for privacy so let her have it. how would you feel if a girl you were on a break with was secretly talking to you, wouldn't that make you think that shes a little like a starker? and if she gets that feeling from you at all she will run, she is just not going to protect herself but her kid as well.
p.s. and no do not stay in contact with her on yahoo, unless she knows its you and messages you first.

No, be honest with her. If you lie to her about this, then you're treating her badly, which is exactly what she hated in previous relationships. Don't prove her right in that all men are out to "get her".
