There are hundreds of reasons for getting headaches...and many different types of headaches. Some are caused by stress, others by certain foods. Sometimes caffeine, or the lack of can cause headaches. Weather, such as storms coming in, can also cause headaches. If you are getting headaches regularly, see a doctor! Keep a journal of what time you get up, what you eat, your activities, and what time you go to bed. Also, write down when you get each headache with the time, duration, and location of the brain on your head. This will help the doctor determine the cause. Feel better!

First, see a doctor.

That said, if there's no condition, you may not be drinking enough water. Dehydration is the usual cause for healthy people to get headaches. You should have about 2 Liters of water a day. Less than that and your body just isn't working right.

Also you could be eating too many sweets or high sugar foods, and are crashing, and that's causing your headaches. So cut down on sweets.

The water is the biggest one though. If you get a headache on a warm day drink a sports drink. Also it's the reason people get hangovers, their body doesn't use the fluids in alcohol the same way, so they're dehydrated the next day. If you drink water between alcoholic drinks you won't get hangovers. Also the cure for them is powerade and such sportsdrinks.

There are any number of reasons for frequent headaches. The thing is, those reason could be as simple as rebound headaches (rebound from the pain meds that you used) to serious infections to malignant tumours.

The only person who can answer this question, and possibly even SAVE YOUR LIFE is a doctor. See your gp ASAP.

everyone has different reasons for getting headaches. depending on the severity and recurrence, you should see a doctor. i know people that get them as a side effect from seizures, stress, back and neck tension...but thats person-specific. your doctor could help you out further, he would know more about you, your health history and so on than people on here would. in the mean time, you may want to take excedrin migrane, advil, (ibproufen) tylenol (acetometiphin) or another OTC pain killer to bide the pain. good luck.

It could be because you have eye strain and need glasses. Or you could be under a lot of stress which will cause headaches.
Good luck at finding out what it is, but I suggest that you see a doctor.
