The question is here...how much do you want to be with her and how well you guys get along? Do you have similar interests? Do you argue alot? Is she the jealous type; are you? It depends on what you want from this relationship. If you're shallow about it, that's one thing; if you're looking for reasons to get out, then that means it's time to get out. If she realizes she's just a "plain Jane"; maybe to overcompensate that she tries to put her opinions in more so than the others.

There must have been something about her that you liked when you first started dating, right? Just because she might not be as attractive as your friends' girlfriends is not a valid reason to dump her. As far as her 'ruling on you', I'm not sure what you are referring to - if she's bossy, then talk to her!
