first of all be truth full and sincere let her know that you are really sorry and that this is not just another excuse just to get by. depending on what type of girl she is buy her something that shes been wanting but never got yet .make sweet pop ups at her school,job ,house or what ever to let her know you cant go on with your day until she forgives you.honesty and truth is what helps.

Wow, i wish my boyfriend would think that. Just tell her you are so sorry, and that you really care about her. And ask if there were any way to make it up to her. If she cares about you too, then im sure she'll forgive you. If you dont mind what happened? And what did you do? That would narrow it down as far as what to do.

it really depends on what you said or did, but i would talk to her and tell her your sorry and you were being selfish, and that you really dont wanna hurt her because you care about her alot, and you wana make things up to her, then ask her if she wants to go out sometime to get something to eat so you can make up for it , thats when you try to get back, or get with her.......... but make sure you mean what you say, dont just blab a bunch of **** to get laid, that wont help the situation because things wil go back to the way they r now and maybe worse.... good luck bro,

u create a new history with her, but she will never get over what u did to her unless u make her understand that u know what u did to her hurt her. she has to understand that u understand what u did to her hurt, and that your not going to do it ever again, and keep your word to her. u have to show her that u have a new heart, and u have made changes. she thought her relationship with u would be one way and u hurt her alot when it wasn't. she had dreams and wants, and u have to tell her her dreams can come true. prove to her your actions have changed, she will be able to see it by your behavior.

Say you're sorry, but don't suck up to her.
Nothing wrong with saying sorry. Equal footing, perfect.
It should not be a source of enjoyment for her though, because that places her above you and it changes the relationship.
