Is the OceanSpray juice that we can buy, 100% cranberry or not? Im asking this because I also want to know if the OceanSpray cranberry juice can still do the things that cranberry is said to be good for?
If not, then what other cranberry juice brands are good out there?

There is no company that I know of that will make a juice that is 100% cranberry. The berries are far too bitter for that. Ocean spray and other companies do make juices that are 100% fruit juice without artificial sweetners. My favorite is Ocean Spray Red Delicious Apple and cranberry. Basically even the juice with the artificial sweetners are good for urinary tract health and as long as the fruit is present, which it is in all cranberry juices including Ocean Spray, the antioxidents are also present when the cranberry is. Having come from Cranberry country and a family that grows cranberries I can eat the berries off the vine without a sweetner or mix, but most people can't tolerate the sour/bitter taste of the raw berries.

No, Ocean Spray is a fruit 'cocktail' -- meaning it's a blend of fruit juice from concentrate (cranberry) with other ingredients like sweeteners (corn syrup) & has added water. If you want the real deal, go to a health food store & buy 100% real cranberry juice -- that's the stuff w/all the healthy qualities you're looking for. FYI, it'll cost more than the diluted stuff @ the supermarket, but it tastes GREAT.

Nope, the description even mentions that it is blended with other fruit juices. They say it is 100% fruit juice, because they claim to only have fruit juices. A good rule of thumb is to know that most large food producers allowed to tell certain stretches of the truth and sometimes out right lies.

no, about 20 or 30 percent. You can't drink 100% cranberry juice too sour. It will still do good things for you.
