It depends on what type of party it is.
If they will be many single people there you should go alone, so that you can meet someone there and not be tied down by a date.
If its a relatively small party you should ask the host if its okay to bring a date and how many other people are bringing a date.

It is way more fun to not take a date as it is not "taking sand to the beach". You can have fun and meet others who have no dates.
You will see...... if you are confident, secure and dont make hitler references you may find that you are heads up over those who just got a date because they felt they had to. Again the secure confident man can go anywhere alone.... women will see this.

Not expected, although the older you get, the more likely it is that people will come with someone -- spouse or date. Parties are great places to meet people!

You can bring a date, or you can go by yourself - it's up to you!
It might be better to go "stag" (without a date) to a party - especially if there will be a lot of single girls there!

Nope! Going "stag" (single) is fine, unless it's known to be a couples event but even then, when it comes to parties we're a pretty laid-back bunch!
