It doesn't matter what she wears, it's the attitude and sensuality that does it for me... Of course, I'll look at what's under the mini skirt, check out the tights, and see what connects to the socks.

Tights in an off black color. I'd prefer a garter belt and thigh highs, but not very practical with a mini.
