One is really really sweet, looking for a serious relationship and seems to really have his head on his shoulders but there isn't any chemistry between us. Guy number two is also pretty nice, but has a slight bad boy reputation. He seems really into me and our chemistry is GREAT but I'm not sure if he's ready for a relationship since he just got out of one 4 months ago.

Well, heyy. You should stop before you make a complete mistake...
What do you want? Do you want a relationship? Do you want a fling?
Also, have you considered seeing what else is out there. Maybe it's too hard to choose between them, dump both of them and see if either of them comes chasing. If they don't, move on and find someone worth your time.
You may not just want to end the deal with having to choose out of the guys whenever your dream guy turns up on a street corner.
Keep your options open. The right guy will come along and you'll know it. If you're having a hard time deciding between these two, then there must not be anything too special about them or else you would know it.

People will say "Go with love" but I say go with stability. If you date a "bad boy" because he's more exciting and you think you have real feelings for him, it does not mean things will work out okay. If he doesn't have a good job you two will fight SO MUCH about money and it will ultimately fail. The same goes with lazy men, disorganized men, or men who are sort of overweight (They get fatter once they think you're too committed to care!). These problems seem minor, but when you realize that what you see now is only the tip of the iceberg, it will be too late.

it depends on what you are looking for. if you're looking for a serious r/s, a guy that can assure you of a steady r/s, then go for the first one.
but if you're just out for some fun and excitement, not serious, then go for the bad boy!

The 2nd guy might go into the dealing business and start hitting you down the track...the 1st guy may start using drugs and his life will be ruined..i say neither
