Looking at having an orchiectomy soon. I know that "milking" the prostate will not be possible anymore, but was wondering how the orchi will effect the pleasurable sensations connected to the process.

I think the prostate will still produce seminal fluid, but without sperm even if you do not have testicles.
I do not know if you will have the desire to though. Will you be on hormone replacements?

I think you may be overestimating the effect of the surgery on your life going forward. If you are taking a single testicle, there should no effect at all; the second will pick up the slack. If you're going to lose both, you can still have a very normal sex life, especially if you go with hormone replacement, and still ejaculate. And if you like prostate massage, you can still do that.

Hope you get well soon.
