I know that I cannot get really thin by then, but I know that if I tone and lose a bit by then people will notice. I'm not overweight but I don't like how I look. What would be a good diet to stay on for the next few days? What foods should I stay away from to avoid bloating and possibly lose some weight? How can I tone my legs, arms and stomach?
Thanks for help people!
I would have asked this sooner but I just found out yesterday that I'm going to this party.
By the way, don't tell me to do lunges or squats, they're making my legs really big. I want my legs to be more lean.

I'm afraid to say that you have a poor outlook on nutrition and exercise if you are convinced a short term plan over the course of 2 or 3 days is going to have any positive effect for you. Why not have a realistic goal and change your lifestyle for the better, if you are not satisfied with how you feel or look? It really is simple and just takes the understanding of a basic secret:
The secret is acknowledging the true purpose of food as fuel rather than entertainment. Focus on protein, fats, and carbohydrates and learn about each of them. A little bit of research online will teach you a lot. Remember, don't diet; change your eating lifestyle. Doing so will change your life for the better. For the exercise, consider it a priority to include it into your routine.
Anyway, if you want it simple, here it is in ten steps:
1. protein is good...eat plenty (about 30% of your caloric intake)
2. fats are good and bad...know the difference
3. saturated and trans fats are the bad ones - limit these
4. poly- and mono-unsaturated fats are good - don't be afraid of them
5. carbohydrates are good and bad...know the difference
6. fibers and complex carbs are the good ones - eat these (about 40% of your caloric intake)
7. sugars and simple carbs are the bad ones - limit these, particularly late in the day (stay away from sodas and chips!)
8. drink water - lots and lots and lots of water. It's the only drink you need. Anything else is either wasted or simply bad for you
9. Eat 4-6 "meals" a day to boost your metabolism.
10. A meal is defined as a portion of a low-fat, protein rich entree, a portion of veggies for vits/mins, and a portion of complex carbs. (You can get these combined as a health shake)
For exercise, it's even simpler:
1. 4-6 hours per week
2. 45-90 min each day you exercise
3. do aerobic exercise (20-40 min) every day you exercise
4. work abdominals every day you exercise (between sets makes it easy)
5. do chest and triceps exercises on one day
6. do back and biceps exercises on a different day
7. do legs and shoulder exercises on a different day
8. do your exercises in sets (i.e. 3 times with 6-12 repetitions each)
9. keep a record of what you do to measure progress.
10. when your progress stalls (called "plateau"), switch up your routine.

You want to tone up a bit by Friday? Do be sensible. Any difference you can make will be minimal. Here's some tips that might actually help.
first throw the scales in the bin, they don't mean anything, you're not overweight so that's all you need to know.
second, just because you won't actually gain much muscle tone between now and Friday doesn't mean you shouldn't exercise. Exercising will increase your feeling of well being and self confidence. Try making this the spur to a more healthy lifestyle, find and activity you enjoy and will keep doing and take that up. Anything will do, even walking.
Third practice your posture stand straight and tall, hold your stomach muscles taut (but don't forget to breath normally). Look in the mirror every day and tell you self with absolute conviction how fabulous you look.
When selecting your outfit for Friday make sure it fits. Don't try squeezing into something tight in the hopes you will look and feel thinner, the complete opposite is true, you will feel uncomfortable all night and the bulges will make you look larger than you are.
As you approach the party get the idea firmly fixed in your head that you are going to be the most beautiful woman there. Believe it, never doubt it. It works believe me.
Enjoy the party.

I really don't think there is much you can do in this little amount of time. Just stay away from fast foods or anything salty. Don't eat too much bread either. Also, go tanning a couple of times ( not only for a tan, but, so you won't burn while at the party). You may also want to wear a bikini that has a push-up top. No matter how small you are, if you wear a push-up top no one will be looking at the rest of your body.

If you get a tan you will look thinner, I read that in a magazine once. Either way, eat like you normally do, and if you really feel the need to exercise, run. It tones your whole body and you will feel great after it. Really, you should just be comfortable with your body. If you are confident in the way you look, people will notice it and they will think you look great too. All of those get skinny fast diets are just crap if you ask me.

There are no exercises that will make you thin in 3 days. BUT there ARE some things you can do:
1. Drink TONS of water
2. Get a tan
3. Wear clothes that accentuate your good parts and hide your bad parts!
If you want to feel beautiful for the party, go get a pedicure, manicure, massage, and facial! If you can afford it, go get your hair done too! You will be the hottest one! YAAY! :D
