I want to do something special for my daughters 13th birthday.

Do you have any creative and fun ideas? I want to take her somewhere. Maybe her and her best friend. Hum...........

My daughter is turning 13yrs old in April and I have planned a girls day out as well. I'm taking her and two of her friends for a pedicure, to the mall to pick out a little something and then out to lunch. Don't set any appointments...just go with the flow and have a relaxing and fun day. I'm sure it will be equally as fun for us adults too!

The hotel thing is always great but for a gift you could get her a bunch of random things that she has talked about wanting and wrap it creatively thats always fun. and maybe Hide 13 1 dollar bills in the box....I did that with a friend and there is still one dollar that she has never found...its fun I bought her skittles and wrapped it so that the paper looked like a cute little purse...and basically just made her a little treasure box full of stuff...there was a blanket, ring, a couple dvd's ..and stuff like that...and than the dollar bills hidden...very fun

oooo fun! I think you should take her some place fancy or some place fun, like a roller coaster park. The fancy might be fun too though because she is becoming a young lady. I guess it just just depends on what you think she would enjoy more! You could both get your nails done and get all dressed up and go to a fancy restaurant. Have a good time!

Hint around and find out what she likes. Or better yet, ask her best friend. Who knows your daughter better than the best bud? Once you know, you can even get the best friend to help in planning the affair. It will be great for your daughter because it will seem "cool" that the best buddy took part in planning the event. Good luck.

It's not very creative, but in our home our girls are not allowed to wear any make-up until they are 13. So I pick an evening around their birthday and we go to all the cool shops to pick out and purchase all their first make-up. We also visit their favorite bookstore & get dinner, just me & the birthday girl. It is a special night out for just the two of us.

do a girls day out. go get your nails and hair done, buy new outfits, then have a lunch date. she will feel really special and grown up. if u don't have much money to spare ask her what she wants to do. she may just want to go see a movie she's been dying to see or something like that. the key is to let her know it is her special day and it will be a birthday she will always remember.

Well, it depends on where you live~ I have a 13 yr old daughter , and I took her to see her Aunt in Texas who she has not seen in a long time. We live here in Southern CAlifornia, and she also went to Disneyland and California Adventure~ She is a Stitch fanatic too. But actually she wanted a surfboard so that is what she got~

Totally pamper her. Take her for a facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. Then take her to get her hair and makeup done and a new outfit. Set up a fancy dinner with sparkling cider in wine glasses and the works. It will make her feel really grown up.
