I have frequent sinus headaches and infections. For over the counter relief I use Advil cold and sinus. It helps with the pain and congestion. I also find that I don't get so sleepy after I take it. A nurse also told me once to drink something with caffeine in it to help with the pain. Try a cold compress on your eyes and sinuses. It may seem like a lot but it helps me and I hope it helps you. Best wishes for a painless day!!

You might have a sinus infection, see your doctor. Of course, this is March and spring is just around the corner, could you have allergies? I'm allergic to just about everything outside from late March to late October. This year symptoms are starting early but it has been a mild winter so that could be why.

Try buying an over-the counter sinus decongestant, such as Tylenol Sinus.....if your condition persists see your doctor, you may have a sinus infection requiring an antibiottic treatment. Get some rest, take care

Could be a sinus infection. Had one once in my life and that was enough. Go to a doc.
