how do i put my own thumbnail (ICON) on a cd I just burnt?

I just made my own software but the default icon keep appearing

If you've finalized the disc you won't be able to change the icon, but if you burnt it as a multisession disc you should be able to add another session, this time including autorun.inf file.

I have used Karen's Autorun.inf editor in the past to create an autorun.inf file, which can add an icon to a CD.

You need to have an autorun.inf file on the CD, here's a good page explaining how to use the autorun.inf file:

You want to use the icon=icon.ico line
