I've noticed that my right shoulder seems to be larger than my left. My right looks more round and full while my left looks like it's getting there, but is under developed. Specifically, the front and back shoulder muscles on my left seem to be smaller than those on my right. I've been using dumbells for my shoulders with equal weights and reps on both sides, but for some reason it's like my left shoulder isn't really responding the way I want.

How can I get these to even out? Am I approaching this the wrong way? Any Help would be appreciated.

start with the weaker/smaller side when training. not many people are perfectly symmetrical, just about everybody has larger body parts on the left or right side of the body. that is just the way the human body is
