NCIC search and if you have a positive hit -- call originating authority and verify active warrent. if this makes no sense to you then you are not nlets certified nor are you a certified peace officer so your only recourse is to pay $50- $250 for a private agency to do a bakground check on the individual.

Go to that cities Crime Stoppers web site if there is a warrant then it should be there. There are other sites for you county just look for them.
