You know, the one endorsed by the legend and master of all things: Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris, the one who once had to consider filing a lawsuit against the TV show 'Law and Order' because he had trade marked each of his legs as Law and Order years ago.
But seriously, I am considering getting one of these for my Dad. He is going to be 50 this year and has a little bit of a bad back, so getting him an actual weight set might actually be the wrong thing for him as he could injure his back easier with weights.
Does anyone recommend the Total Gym,or better yet a certain model since they have several? Or perhaps, there is another home gym he could use that would be beneficial and help not cause easy injuries to his back? Thanks all

Nancy - Can you elaborate on it? I know there are several newer models but seem so expensive. Did you think it was worth it? Did the exercises improve you in any ways like strength and toning up?
