Things wont work out in your way all the time... when your inner mind is disturbed that is the most dangerous thing you have gone through... come back to the real world .. do not run behind illussions.... It will waste your precious time.. your money... fianlly may be you feel your useless.. ansd have nothing done towards your goadl and ... also well you will feel that you are still there and not moved further... so why you fill your self with all these unwanted rubbish... think twice and turn tous once again... it will take few days...

The things which block your mind are thoughts or "sins". Remove and them and be happy by doing meditation regularly for an hour daily.

By Accepting the fact that EVERYONE has something or the other "blocking" their mind pretty often!...it's not "only" u.

If u feel something has been resolved , another issue crops up!, right?!

ALL issues cannot be resolved !!!-remember that.

There is only that much which one can do!

Try not to take every issue personally.

Donot let ALL happenings around u , govern ur life!

Don't give equal importance to all issues!

to answewr this how to be happy, lets figure out who wants to be happy.
you. who isthis u........
is it your body, your mind or yr emotions or sumthing beyond that.once u answer this ull know how to be happy
yr body can be happy providing you give fodder to the five senses you know as normal, but that aint made u happy so far.same fr yr mind n emotions.
yr happiness lies inside you and not outside,. trouble is u r looking for it at the wrong place.try looking inside and the only way is meditation.it means to become aware and watch youself just observe ,bo judgement.
ull eventually find that u r nothing but happpinesss or bliss as we call it.
and to be that all u neeed todo is to be your simple normal self.............if u can eat when hungry, drink when thirsty, sleep when tired,laugh when happy, then u can be happy.Think and ull realise that u do not even do these simple things effectively.
just be yourself, and ull be happy.

I found the key to happiness. It involved not thinking about me! When I un-selfishly do for others I feel better about myself and what I'm doing to contribute to society. Volunteer type of stuff, taking a neighbor's laundry to them, giving $10 to a homeless guy, all random acts of kindness towards another person are wonderful for self as well! Now that you know, go for it!

happiness is notin out side .it is with u allways. we must thing us a new born child .each and everyday is a new day for everyone. life is a festival. celebrate it .life is for to live , not for to cry or feel sad.dont think the past. and dont dream about the futre. becasue the both are not in u r hand .think the present .and live in the present.tht will make u happy for ever.

There is an emptiness in our heart and nodody can fullfil that emptiness but Jesus. He is the only one that can give you happiness by fullfiling your emptiness that is in your heart. Look for Him. May be you do not even know it. When we feel that emptiness, it is because we are dead spiritualy, that is why we need Jesus in our heart. He is the only one to give us spiritual life. That was the curse that received the first couple that God put in Eden, Adan and Eve. Desobedient to God brought spiritual dead and went to all generations. Only Jesus can give us new spiritual life and them we will be fullfil of His presence and will be free of all burdens and them will enjoy of spiritual freedon and spiritual life. Read the Bible and your mind will start to experiment freedom. Talk to God, He hears you. (Mattews 7:7-). Visit an Evangelist Church for you to learn the way to be obedient to God. (Joshuah 1:8). (Proverbs); (Jeremiah 33:3, etc.

friend, Mr.Jose Silva gives 5 laws(rules)of Happiness..
mind it well..
1) if u like a thing, enjoy it.
2) If u don't like a thing, avoid it.
3) If u don't like a thing & cant avoid it, change it
4) If u don't like a thing , cant avoid it & cant change it , accept it
5) u accept a thing by changing ur viewpoint of it.
and well beginning is half done
