only in the form of gag gifts. but if you consider farmers...then yes. mony grows on trees because the apples, pears, bananas etc.... give them money when they are sold. so it all depends on how you want to view it.

yes, since money is made out of the paper (and some clothishstuff) and paper is made from trees and well there is a money tree. it is usually an oak that is made into money

No. Not in the sense that you can pick it off like fruit. Some trees are more valuable than others because of their various properties like appearances, hardness, special uses, strength, durability, resistance to rot and insects, etc.
