labor pain!

Depends on the severity of the blow or the severity of the labor pains. My wife's labor was much faster (thus, more painful) the second time around. Perhaps if you received a blow to the balls once every 5 or 6 minutes for 12 hours, it would be comparable. Otherwise, I'd go with labor pains as being worse.

Labor Pain A blow to the balls would last of maybe 20 min labor can go on non-stop for days.

Labor pains , compare to possibly a man peeing a watermelon out! I think that would hurt worse then a blow to the balls.

I have been through labor three times, and I am quite sure it's the worst pain in the world. Have you ever squeezed a 9 lb. baby out?

not sure for I'm a women n have no scrotum so I wouldn't know.I would have to say a birth would b worse for the pain just keeps on coming with a man the pain will go after a few min.Labour can last for hours n or days.
