how to view 'count' numbers at toolbar in Ms-Excel.?

when I select few rows of a column, I want to see to total no. ( count() ) of rows at the toolbar in the bottom, how can I see this?

In tools/options/view/statusbar check button

Right click in the toolbar and select Count.

In the lower right corner, next to where the NUM lock is displayed, right-click and select "Count"
